Bemannia's policy is to always achieve a high quality and that the supplied service should fulfil the customer's requirements and expectations.
Our matching process constitutes a fundamental keystone in the quality assurance of candidates as well as for maintaining high quality and supply qualified and adequate candidates for hiring assignments. Of course, our processes are adapted depending on the concerned type of position and the urgency. For less advanced positions and for urgent requirements, Bemannia undertakes to supply candidates within the first day after an order. The planning and conduct of a staffing process is therefore always being performed in consultation with the customer based on the customer's requirements with the ability to adaptations of the different phases of the process.

Requirement analysis and requirement profile
The requirement profile is a fundamental step in the staffing process and is an important factor for a successful staffing process. Bemannia focus on thorough requirement analysis worked out in close co-operation with the customer. Understanding the customer's requirements and expectations makes it easier for us to exceed the purchaser's requirements.
Choice and matching process
The company uses several channels to always keep the staff and candidate bank up to date to be able to sort-out the right consultant with the right competence.
We interview both proactively and directly towards a specific assignment. We use the most commonly used knowledge and personality tests on the market in order to test and quality assure candidates.
Bemannia's responsible consultant manager performs the collection of references in order to achieve further complementary information, skills and background about the interviewed and tested candidates.
After matching of a number of qualified candidates towards the requirement profile, another very important part of the process commences, the Soft values. In order to achieve a successful co-operation, factors such as social competence, personal chemistry and other soft values must coincide.

Based on the interview and tests, suitable candidates are being selected based on their prerequisites concerning formal, social and personal competences as well as experiences required for the appointment. References will then be collected for these final candidates. The collection of references is carried out in a structured and systematic manner from at least two persons in order to get as objective information as possible. The references differ depending on the type of position and may be requested from former managers, colleagues or subordinate |
Presentation
The candidates with the best match towards the requirements specification concerning competence, experience and personality, are being presented by our consultant manager to the customers organisation both orally and in writing.
The written presentation sent to the customer, contains the following information about the candidates:

Follow-up
We conduct current result follow-up, status meetings and other follow-ups during the assignment time with both consultants and the customer.
