Nybro follows many others example -applies to Bemannia for recruitment support
As the only chosen recruitment company, Bemannia gained the municipality of Nybro’s confident in supplying recruitment services to the municipality. The frame agreement Bemannia has been offered to sign, is valid for the whole municipality and runs for 3 years with the opportunity of prolonging the frame agreement with another 24 months. In total, eight tenders were presented, among them from suppliers like Adecco, Manpower, Proffice, Vinator and StaffUp. Bemannia was chosen based upon the allocation basis lowest price as the only supplier of recruitment support.

The frame agreement covers Nybro municipality’s requirement for recruitment support primarily within the areas recruitment of Managers and Specialists but also other services on collaborator level. Suborders on the frame agreement may be valid for the whole recruitment assignment but also parts of it such as selection, interview in depth and tests.
