Job coaching
Since a few years back, Bemannia offers coaching to private persons, companies and job applicants. We use quality assured and developed methods to screen out the individual's opportunities. We support and motivate you on your way to your new work.
Bemannia has about ten job coaches working in teams with different competence improving activities. All job coaches have several years of experience from coaching work applicants, long-term unemployed, people under replacement etc. Based on the requirements and the situation, we draw up an individual action plan and activity plan. We offer our competence and experience to both private persons and companies.

Bemannia naturally formulates the action plan based on the customer's requirements according to accepted methods and processes. If the coaching is a part of our cooperation agreement with the employment office "Arbetsförmedlingen", the coaching is completely free of charge for your participation and in accordance with every requirement and condition stated in our agreement with the authority. Searching for an employment is a target that can be a long process. For the individual, an employment depends on own targets, experiences and prerequisites. It assumes a certain work training or maybe adaptation to the market. Our coaches can support you to realize your goals and to find suitable methods to make the job search more effective and simpler. We shorten the path to your new job, regardless of your work background, earlier experiences and education! |
